I use some for cooking but save the majority of it to use in soap making. Also I use either paper towels or paper bags to drain fat from cooking (bacon, deep frying) and use them as fire starters in the fireplace. These also work well on the grill. We use cd wallets to store DVD's and toss the cases that they came in. Each of us gets a different color. If we get more DVD's we get another wallet.
