I have a stretched canvas that hangs above our bed which I "repaint" when I feel the need to refresh the bedroom. KIDS ROOM! I love it for a kids room--especially for families in loft like living spaces, this creates a great space for a child to sleep. The shelves inside could be used for toys and baskets of clothing. Great idea! Apartment Therapy DC | Hot or Not: Bedroom Book Hut |

I agree, scones would do well in this room. It also looks like you could fit a brightly colored cloth basket/container for toys under each of your side tables. Apartment Therapy DC | Good Questions: Child-friendly Living Room Ideas? |

The Storage Bed from Potty...opps, I mean Pottery Barn is much more stylish and better constructed. West Elm is one step up from Ikea--Great Design, bad construction. I wouldn't pay that price for pressed wood. Apartment Therapy New York | West Elm Storage Bed: Now Available in White |
