I adore everything here! Probably one of my most favorite house tours ever - and not just because of the lovely quirkiness (which doesn't hurt), but because it's so obviously well-lived in and well-loved and completely true to it's occupants.

While our houe is not a dome, it does have a dormer roof, which can make hanging art and positioning furniture a challenge. This tour has given me plenty of ideas for living with uniquely angled walls!

Love! And I covet all the wallpaper (and good taste) throughout the entire house.

And that boobies cross-stitch is hilarious - I might have to stitch one up myself....

Comfortable and serene. I can feel myself relaxing just looking at that amazing space. I love the natural light and white ceilings. And that garden is wonderful - makes me even more anxious for spring to finally get here in upstate new york!

At the risk of sounding repetitive, I love this tour also! The white walls, woodwork and bright pops of color are fantastic. And I agree, I could curl up on the pouf and take a nap...

I second UPNDOWN - Since I work in one of those local flower shops, I see how much places like FTD, 1800Flowers, Just Flowers, etc rip off their online customers with outrageous middle-man costs on top of the cost of the arrangement. And if you're ordering something organic on FTD, the order ends up at the local florist who might not have those organic flower choices - so it's always best to call the local shop and talk to the friendly sales staff to discuss your options.

I agree with pretty much everyone above. It's wonderful, you can sense the warmth, it brought a tear to my eye and it really feels like "home." Can we start a section of AT devoted just to our parents' houses?

I love the bright pops of unexpected color. And I appreciate how the TV is not the focal point in the living room - that amazing mosaic deserves the spotlight!

Always a timely subject for fall! An alternative for people who don't garden themselves is to find a community garden or local organization that could use the leaf mulch. No sense in a great natural resource going to waste!

I just discovered this home tour - incredible! I live in an area with old stone houses, and I always felt that the "add-on" parts looked strange - but the way you added on seems organically in tune with the original structure. And the beauty of the interior goes without saying. Well done!

I believe the first photo has been featured on Re-Nest (or maybe AT) before - I distinctly remember it causing a lively debate concerning the baby crib being underneath...

This home is beautiful, and so serene. Scandinavian and beach houe - 2 of my favorite things! I love all the pine walls. And are those leaves behind the stove woodcuts or stamps?

Open and lovely! I especially like the wallpapered area under the stairs - makes it seem cosy and sectioned-off while still being open to the rest of the loft.

I love this home. I love the effortless style of it. I love the "trampy" (wha?) "balls" (yes) of Noa. But I think all this arguing is a bit silly. Let's all take a deep breath and enjoy the pictures, hmmm?

I bought that tablecloth at Target too - it's by Dwell Studio. I used it (and other tablecloths/fabric shower curtains) to make curtains for my windows. What a good idea to make a rug out of one!
