Marzapane - Agreed! Always have wanted an above-garage dance studio with wood floors, a mirrored wall, barre, and a tv/video set up for copying the latest music videos.

I started making this, almost exactly, about a month ago. I add in cinnamon, ginger, and vanilla or other flavorings depending on the berry. Delicious! And, even after freezing, if you leave it out on the counter for a few minutes it's back to perfect consistency!

Has anyone used Way Basics' z boards? They're made from 99% recycled materials, are recyclable, and come in a bunch of colors.
