Loved this! I have to say, it's more casserole than carbonara, but so so good. I used tempeh fakin' bacon and added wilted kale and grape tomatoes. Threw in smoke paprika and garlic powder. Subbed sharp cheddar for the parmesan. It was great, and the leftovers made for a tasty lunch. I'll definitely make this again. Thanks for recipe!

I really like the first one, but is there a way to do it without putting a billion holes in the wall?

I've been looking for a good pumpkin pudding recipe. Do you think this would be good without the caramelized top?

Um, the graphic for #3 says clockwise, but the details say counterclockwise, which I think is the right one. Right?

Okay, thanks. I've never gotten bones in my canned tuna, so I thought it was weird.

I got canned salmon once several years ago, and it was full of little bony pieces! It was so gross. I threw it all out and never bought it again, assuming that was the norm. Is that not the norm?? Did I just get a gross can?

Also - can I just buy almond flour for ground almonds? My blender met with a bad end recently.

This is so pretty! Any suggestions for cutting it so nice and neatly? (I always make a crooked, frosting-y mess)

Did you get the rhubarb drink pictured above or an actual rhubarb syrup? Or is the thing labeled "drink" in the photo actually a syrup?

I'm with you. I use them out of a sense of obligation since I like to follow recipes pretty closely, but they don't even smell like anything. I doubt something that smells like empty plastic bag adds much to a dish.

This was soooo good! I'd never had rainbow chard before. I even made the suggested side salad. :-) Thanks for a great easy recipe! (a little extra plate acrobatics needed to flip but I managed to keep it in one piece)
