Wow, now I feel old and I'm not even in my 40's yet! My parent's family photos were from the 1940's ... my parents had me when they were older I suppose. I love flipping through those old images. 1960's Christmas Retrospective |

This is doable. The last two cures I never managed to make it to the medicine cabinet so when I saw that was one of the tasks, I immediately signed up. Day 1: Clean One Room The 20/20 Home Cure |

Great pics and thanks for sharing! I have to say one of the best ways to see Paris is with a child. We took our five year old last year and had the chance to discover a Paris we'd never seen before, even though it was our fifth visit! Traveling with a kid has it's moment's though, that's for sure! http://www.flickr.com/photos/kathrynclark/3636138963/in/set-72157619293786762/ April in Paris Style: Batch Two | Apartment Therapy New York |

To clarify my previous post, at least the Wasara product line isn't available in the US. Local resource? Attractive Options for Disposable Party Plates | Apartment Therapy DC |

The biodegradable description can be found on the second page of Wasara's product description. It looks like they are completely compostable and legit. Attractive Options for Disposable Party Plates | Apartment Therapy DC |

We live in SF too and we've been composting for about three years. We have about 10% real trash every week, the rest compost or recycling. You'll find that if you use the small green bins provided by the city for compost, you'll end up taking the compost down nightly or every couple of days. The smell is rarely bad unless you're tossing fish or smelly cheese. Apartment Therapy Re-Nest | Fall Green Cure 2009: Discussion Board |

I would just like to make our kitchen the true center of our home, full of fresh food, creativity and fun. I have always dreamed of having a true eat in kitchen. We have a small table now but it's not large enough for three to sit so it's become my daughter's art table for now. I hope to find a beautiful old farm table to replace my kitchen island so my daughter can help prepare meals and we can all sit down together for meals rather than sit in our dark formal dining room. I am committed to growing more vegetables this year in our garden as well. So, please more fresh recipes using all those easy to grow veggies and lots of herbs. Yep, NY habitat covers Paris too. We've used them twice. Keep in mind that they just put you in touch with the owners and you have to work out all the details with the owners, not the company. We had one fabulous experience with a wonderful place in the Marias and one horrible experience where the guy forgot to show up with the keys in the middle of winter. So, it's hit or miss but you will save SO much money this way and really get to enjoy 'living' in the city. Apartment Therapy Chicago | Barcelona Apartments from Habitat |

I've never stopped redecorating. Most of my childhood photos are me redoing my bedroom. I am constantly on the lookout for the perfect thing but I tend to stick with one style for about five years at a time. Right now I'm switching from all mod to a mix of mod/natural. craigslist has made it even easier to redecorate. I attempted a solo cure starting in January but didn't finish so I'm off to a fresh start this time ... with a little more support to keep me motivated! Be warned though about Brocade home. We ordered the petit silouette bed from them at an awesome price. Three weeks later, only half of it arrived even though it said there was only one package to be shipped. Apparently, there were two and we had to wait two months to get the other one. Try explaining that to a four year old princess who got her hopes all up when she thought her bed had arrived. She's still recovering! Customer service was barely helpful. They were actually shocked we had recieved the first package so 'quickly'! So be prepared for a lengthy wait for your items!
