I actually like the color you already have there.

I like bed mattresses placed directly on the floor. Makes me want to just go in, fall and relax. Nice accent color for bedding too.

Bathroom "before" looks so cool with the dotted shower certain. I'd get bored with the new look. Meh...

Plug in a simple bulb type light - with no fancy pendant - just wire and a bulb (I saw those in this web site). Then run a long cord along the wall, up to the ceiling, have it drop/weave a bit, so that it's not tightly attached to the ceiling. Then have it hand over the sitting area. The trick is not to hide the fact that it's running all the way from the other side. I think it would fit your industrial style.

I also saw lamps that are just a bulb on a long wire, and a bubble-looking thing over it.

I really like the apt, by the way.

I also don't think the mirror is a problem. It's the fact that all of your pieces of furniture are placed too close together... not letting one another "breath"... Either turn around your chest or the bed, use shorter bedside tables for lamps. With some space around it, your mirror will not look so heavy.

And what about turning it 90 degrees, like: | not --

Wow. This is one of the nicest kitchens I've seen! I love it. Don't know how Japanese-inspired it is... but whatever. I love every detail, color, and attitude of the space. People and fridge contents look real... not posing, which I like. I'm gonna bookmark it :>

I actually prefer the 'before' much better. I'm not crazy about this wall separation *here*, as if you do it, it should serve a better purpose other than a chair small shelf... Plus, that new color needs something other than white to compliment it. Overall, an interesting idea...
