You can use an organic box mix and use mashed bananas in place of the eggs and half the oil. IT WORKS LIKE A CHARM! It creates this dense flavorful cake that is just so moist. My darling father takes a trip to Iowa for a week every year to hunt these bad boys down. (I use the word hunt loosely. Really? Hunting?) my question is, why do they have to know they are leftovers? if the food is good, not been in the fridge too long, you can heat it up, put it on a platter add a few sprinkles of this and a few dashes of that, it'd look like you made it special. why not? anyone into stamping fabric or printmaking? Styrofoam makes an AMAZING template. Lots of it can be carved and used to apply a vast array of products. Give it a whirl. It's a great rainy day project.
