I second MGee07's suggestion about making bread crumbs. You can just dry out the loaf and crush it. If you don't like the taste of the bread you won't like it in many of the suggestions above.

I own this water/wine jug from the MOMA store and love it. It's used countless of times daily and its handle is very ergonomic.

josiego - My daughters, 4 and 2 share this Ikea bunk bed. It's truly great and there is nothing else out there for young kids. I was apprehensive because my eldest always moved so much in her sleep but there haven't been any problems so far. I know of 3 families who also own these beds, some with children as young as 2 using the top bunk. I highly recommend them for apartment dwellers with limited space.

I gave a small gift for christmas to my daughter's nursery school staff. It's quite a large staff, from the 3 teachers, 2 teacher-aids, head of the small school and other part-time help (at least 3). I did not think about the end of year gift which is actually this Thursday for her since we are going to miss her graduation soon. Should I give them something?

Our co-op requires 80% of our floors to be covered with thick rugs. We would love to get Flor tiles for their versatility, ease to clean and price (on the low end), but we are worried that they are just too thin to provide any sound insulation. We have 2 toddlers, a loud cat, and complaining downstairs neighbors.
Has anyone had luck with these tiles under such circumstances? I appreciate greatly any feedback. Thanks.
