It bugs me when someone moves into a house and they will not make an effort to freshen up the kitchen even though they hate it. They would rather wait 10 years until they have the budget to gut it rather then paint the cabinets and walls and spray paint the ugly fake brass early american light fixture.

Hi All,

Thanks for all your votes! The rug is sheepskin, I think i got it at costco.com. BTW, the bed is comfy and there is about 2.5 feet between the bed and the sofa.

Fabulous space! Especially love the kitchen area with the pendants hanging at varying heights. I immediately thought of a great source for hand blown Italian lighting, www.cxny.com. They have a few beautiful lines of murano glass lighting at a good price.
