I saw a great video about three college students who explain everything when it comes to HFCS, they move from New England to Iowa and explain EVERYTHING including all that has to do with the crops, the way the cows are fed, etc... It was a non biased documentary, but if you watch it I bet youll be checking for that HFCS and avoiding buying any products with it.

My firearm is easily available within reach (not loaded of course) but then my apartment is there to sleep and occasional company (no kids...EVER). Nobody enters my room, or attempts to go through my drawers either so I dont have to worry about that.

Too bad my Florida concealed weapons license is not valid in the state of New York...

I have a mag-lite as well next to my on the ground contemporary bed. But id love to see who's going to bust in through my heavy metal door that has literally 5 different locks on it (apartment had them when I moved in) I will be purchasing a gun in the future though, at the end of the day this is New York...

I used to have a roomate, we lived in a 3-bedroom, 2bath 3 story apartment (only 3 apartments) and a parking spot in the driveway, we had the 3rd floor apartment with a balcony overlooking the city and all of Queens, high cathedral ceilings and marble countertops for $2,000 a month in Middle Village, Queens. We were the first tenants in the new building.

My roomate and I have since parted ways, I looked into living in the city but I really enjoy my area and the finance sector is a bit shaky so im safe for now, the Irish/Italian blue collar neighborhood like the show "King of Queens" (many Carey lookalikes everywhere) is lovely and my current 1/1 in the same neighborhood is only $1,000.00. 45min to Downtown - FiNi

I like it, its different but definitely doable in a nice room. And yes, she is hot, nice pair of legs on her!

Its not about growing up, its about getting OLD. Too many of you just got old and boring. Also with getting older as mentioned by someone on here come responsibilities like a newborn waking up at the crack of dawn which is understandable why you wouldnt want to get smashed. I have too many 40yr olds (women and men) that tell me they enjoy hearing my stories because they "miss" those days.

But for now, ill stick to my 12hr work days, going out 3 times per week, meeting new ladies that are doing the same thing and getting smashed while still being serious about my work life. Work hard Play Hard!

My guests have never complained about anything which I find quite weird. I seem to have everything they need. Two tables on each side for drinks, carpet for warm feet, a throw on each couch, clean towels for whoever wants to sleep over (and an AeroBed) and enough wine to believe we are pirates! No wonder everyone always wants to come to my apartment for get togethers...
