Love your whole fun, gorgeous place, but my absolute favorite thing is that DOOR. Sets the perfect tone for what you see after you walk inside. Did you paint it that way, or is the molding on the door dimensional (carved) in the circular shape?

This makes me miss accessories. Obviously, this is a child-free zone. Sigh! One day, when my daughter is older, I can have breakable things out again. I'm getting a graphic designer vibe here, with all the alphabets and pillows. Nice!

Love it! I could totally live with this (minus the taxidermy items) and I am now considering doing it on a smaller scale for my master bath, as a start. That gloss black reflects everything soooo beautifully. Gorgeous.

The kitchen has the perfect color green on the walls and I love that glossy black floor. Can you provide some info on the kitchen paint and about the kitchen floor, please? Thanks.

Wow. Just wow. Love it.

I wish there were additional photos. I'd love to see the whole place and a little more of the kitchen.

I like most things about the quilt-themed bedroom except for the actual quilt on the bed.

As for location, I really like that he's being a pioneer. He's probably gotten a great deal on a place that may be worth a lot more down the road. I wish him luck if he's predicting.

I love the flow and the airy, open feel. It appears to be such a comfortable but classy, seamless environment. Your attention to detail is tremendous, but my absolute favorite part is the lighting. The lighting you've created throughout the house is super, warm and perfectly placed, with gorgeous tones being cast in the right areas.

And the bathroom! I'd like this duplicated in my 1950 ranch home, please! (Oh, and if you can send a contractor who is as cute as you, that would be great.)

I love that you have all these collected items in this square footage, yet it doesn't seem cluttered or crowded.

I want to know about the great lighting, the lamps are super. And the red chairs at the dining table look really comfy, but cool.

This is a cute place with fun color, but I'm not really seeing why this is getting such rave reviews (as in that it should have won Small Cool). Too many photos of floral arrangements, must be a strategy to attract attention away from cluttery groupings of objects that border on messy.

The brown wood louvered screen on the kitchen door has got to go or change. I really wish it were white or a funky color instead of such a heavy element in that otherwise airy kitchen.

Kerbs, I made a few twig trees for my art studio and it was easy. Just grabbed some nice branches that had fallen in the street, dusted them off and painted them white. Put them in some old copper urns, filled up the urns with random heavy-ish stuff so they stand up straight and securely, then hid the heavy stuff with some beautiful river rocks. Wrapped the branches in white fairy lights and voila! The funny thing is several people looked around at my paintings, but asked if they could buy the trees.
