I would love this in my home!

Great place...

I'm always drawn to white/light walls (much to some "decorators" horror)...it makes me feel relaxed and it's nice to see.

I love that you are rummagers, you have live plants, and that every item is placed strategically as if each item were a precious piece of art...it shows a lot of pride.

I also love the first photo, greeting us at the door :-).

Good for you....for collecting used furniture and other necessities. The clutter of the little stuff is the part that bothers me personally, but that's o.k. The BEST part about the house?....your seating area in the KITCHEN...SO COOL!

Absolutely awesome. I'm impressed that you found such a unique warehouse apartment and I don't blame you from moving from the ultra-modern coldness.

Specifics I'm crazy for...
the loft bed.
the red couch.
the old locker in the bathroom.
the alcoves where you can put stuff (including chairs).
the massive arched red windows.
the spray painted potty (who knew!?).
the floors.
your own description of your very personal space.

The specifics I love?
...the backsplash tile in the kitchen,
...the framed wallpaper accents over the bed,
...the burgundy/magenta (?) chairs in the Living Room (they go so well with the green)
...the yummy green walls
...your clusters of lotus bowls and plates

Mmm mmm mmm. I love this place. Kudos to the buyers & builders who had the foresight to take the old building and create something so grand! Yea for preservation and restoration! I know it's costly to do but WHAT CHARM! I'm crazy for your condo!

I'm in love with the deep turquoise and lime green accents agains the nuetral background. Looks happy, cozy, and refreshing.

Oddly enough, I thought the Henry pics were great. Now, THAT's a personal touch in this home that denotes boldness/quirkiness.

The rest is run-of-the-mill, but nice, nonetheless. I also like/don't mind the parque floors...they've used it because it was THERE, I'm sure (i.e. rental). Isn't the idea to use what you have?
