I recognized the house in the picture immediately! I used to see it when I'd go camping and hiking at McCormicks Creek State Park in Indiana.

I didn't know the story about a family of albinos living there. Pretty cool.

Does any one know of a glue that can hold plastic together? I broke a favorite pair of glasses at the bridge.

I'm moving next month too Miss Hi_Fi and LauraMarie! At first I thought I would put off doing the cure until I got settled in the new place, but after thinking about it I'm going to do it now.

My goal is for the cure to help make moving easier by having a leg up on organization, cleaning, and only taking what I will use. No more hidden cans of cranberry jelly that are at least five years old!

Nazrd, I did the same thing with my living room. It is only 11 feet wide, with a fire place that pops out about a foot on one side and then a staircase on the other side. When my boyfriend suggested angeling the furniture I thought he was crazy, but now with the couch and chair make a sort of L formation there is much better flow. http://www.floorplanner.com/projects/18198026

I don't live there any more, but I would love to see some listings from central Indiana for my mom.

I used to live in an old drafty trailer and could not live with out an electric blanket then. Since moving to the city I only use it when it it is really cold, but I love to pre-heat my bed.
There is nothing better than getting into a toasty bed. I like to turn it down when I get in; otherwise I would wake up sweaty.
I have an ancient sunbeam brand and it is machine washable. The instructions just say to make sure it is completely dry before turning it on.

Does any one know what color the orange paint is? I've been looking for one that isn't too fleshy or creamsicle-y and this fits nicely.
