I use a flannel top sheet when it's cold, instead of having to buy a flannel duvet cover. But other than that, I am totally with you!! Flat sheets just make bed making more complicated, especially during quilt season!

This is by far the best Cure assignment I have done so far!! It only took 20 minutes, and I now do not avoid going into the bathroom for fear of the clutter monster! I'm surprised every time I walk in for something and it's not overwhelmingly terrifying! I tossed all the hair care products that I bought but hate or don't work or I don't use that I was saving for later. There's so much more room!!

I live in 288 sq ft, so basically there is no distinction. I just ordered a wall hanging landing strip from Amazon for less than $10. It has a key/coat rack and a section to put mail. They had a whole bunch of them. Some had shelves, some had magnets, but they were all wall hanging. I have learned using wall space is the ultimate way to maximize a small area. Hope this helps!

Home Depot sells wood crayons that you can buy to match almost any wood tone. Then all you have to do is color in the scratches and rub the crayon in a little, and you don't even notice the scratch!! I used to use this when my old dog jumped up on the window sills and the entertainment center and scratched everything with her nails!

I just got my new green cleaning products in the mil (I ordered them last weekend) and they smell great!! I'm actually excited to do some deep cleaning because they smell so great! My floors definitely need to be redone, I'm excited to finally organize my cupboards, and even more excited to clean some appliances!!

I'm very much looking forward to tackling my kitchen. I've wanted to do something about it for a while (I live in 288 sq ft, so have 2 mini fridges, just to give you a picture). I started with the meal because I've found something I really wanted to try making, and I highly recommend it.

I made Tom Kha Gai, a Thai chicken soup with coconut milk, and it's delicious!! You can get the recipe from Bon Appetit online. Happy cleaning and cooking everyone!!

I will be "finding" my office. When I was doing my floors I realized that even if I wanted to use my desk, I wouldn't be able to get my legs under it because of all the boxes, and all of my book shelves are scary! Also, my filing drawers are a hot mess-heaven forbid you actually needed a pen or a sticky note you'd be searching all day! Time to get started!

Can you post the layout and dimensions of your apartment? I also live in a 280 sq ft apartment, and am trying to redo mine. Yours is amazing! But in all the pictures of everyone's apartments, no one seems to have a door, which has actually been my major issue in redecorating/rearranging. Thanks!
