Then there's hairballs. Why do pet food companies put dyes in their pet food?? Don't they realize that occasionally pet do barf up. So what happens, you've got a nasty stain mark on the landlords carpeting. Which you usually do not find until the next morning.

NO MORE DYES in Pet food, it's NOT good for the pet or carpeting or furniture.

Century old house rehabs have plenty of horror stories. Especially trying to strip off 100 years of paint on lovely detailed wood and plaster molding. The old tube & wire electric, ceramic plumbing and rotten floorboard to name a few.

Think three times before starting it, do you have the money, energy, and have NO deadlines to meet.

No reason to divide if you have a decent sleeper sofa. It will also make the studio roomier.

Another therapy is to caulk around door thresholds, and window frames where you might see daylight, or an obvious crack that allows the little buggers in.

Foot traffic in high heels, or seniors... this idea is a nightmare.
Rug tape is not going to deter the shoe shufflers.

How about pulling the plug on the TV, spend the time contacting family or friends you haven't heard from in a while.
Spend time getting to know your neighbors... maybe they arin't so weird after all.
Going to a local school play or recital. Compliment a child.
Getting involved in your village or town meetings.
Go bird watching,
Pick up litter by a roadway
Bring a couple of wayward grocery carts to their cart corral.
Smile and say hello to a elderly person.

In reaching out you will bring joy to others and experience peace yourself.

I love my dandelions, they're deliciously sunny, and downright tasty.

A hundred year old victorian we previously owned was occasionally visited by a past dweller which walked the creaky floors at night. Previous tenants claimed that the night visitor was a friendly sort that kept to itself. One night while doing some late renovating we heard the dubious footsteps ourselves.
To this day the creaking of wood floorboards reminds us of that night visitor of that old house.
