I'm neither - I'm a total (organised) maximalist! If there's not artwork, trinkets from travel and adventures, throws, cushions, books, colour everywhere, I feel a little weary. I don't like blank space and sleek lines - though I can appreciate why other people do. Dusting, don't get me started!

I recently cleaned out the cosmetics pile and was shocked by how much I had. Over 30 lipsticks to begin with. I ended up using the glass jars from candles I'd burnt throuh as storage containers. I just soaked them in warm water first to get rid of residue wax. Because they're nice big ones I could divide up all my lip products, eye brushes, pencils and mascaras, nail care products, etc between them. It looks so tidy and so visible in the cupboard now.
