Thank guys :). We made the cake topper using dowel rods and left over material from Daisy's costume. We made the hat and balloon from Crayola's Model Magic- that stuff was perfect because it's light as air and set fairly quickly. And we just drew her face on with some fine tip fabric pens we found lying around the house from a previous project.
