We didn't use to use our dining room because the table was small and uncomfortable (we are tall people). We got a new table and chairs and we use it all the time even when we just have people over casually for drinks. And I am going to have to respectfully disagree with you on the squirrel issue. IMO they are rats with fluffy tails.

When I first read number 5 I thought it was a joke.

I loooove all your collectibles! I wish I could find stuff like that when I go thifting, but it seems you either have more luck or more patience than me!

But I think you should frame all your art it the same colour frames and hang them a little closer together. Your ceilings are so high that they dwarf your art. Or you could do a big diy frame with large sheets of plexiglass and arrange it all sandwiched between the plexiglass. I love your art individually, but from a distance it doesn't look quite right.
Here is an example of what I mean:

I think I'd be willing to give up on children just to have one of these staircases. Though I would definitely want a handrail or glass sides.

I know someone who has this sofa, and it doesn't look as 'sage' in person, but it is still a nice colour.

Ya, I had this problem when I was looking for a fridge, I have a galley kitchen and I wanted it to be flush with the lower cabinets, but apparently only high end manufacturers (with high end prices) make counter depth fridges. So I have a monstrosity of a fridge. And what is the point of a deep fridge anyways? Stuff gets lost and goes moldy.
