I actually made the curtains several years ago. The fabric is from Moda- I'm unsure of the name, but if you type Moda Nursery Rhyme fabric, several hits come up.

Thanks, Haley! I looked in our garage to see if we still have the paint can, and unfortunately, we don't... It's a little more of a minty green than blue though, and I matched it to the green bits in the curtain fabric originally.
