Great eye.

Your room feels really finished, polished, and complete. Too often when I look the photos of contestants' rooms, I'm left with a sense that they're not quite through. They seem to be missing something - some small detail that will pull everything together. I agree with saudoso, everything is well balanced.

P.S.
Of course, having witnessed the last three or four contests, I have noticed a steady increase in the calibur of the entries, and this season is no exception.

You and your apartment ROCK!

I'm forever hearing people voice their concern over using dark paint colors because they think their rooms will turn out gloomy to which I invariably respond:

"Heck, you can paint your room black as long as you have proper lighting."

And you've just proven my point.

Excellent job!

Like everyone else, I think this place rocks! You've managed to make 450 sf seem gigantic by seriously editing the amount of furniture/stuff you have, paying strict attention to scale, and placing most things snugly against the walls.

I have a couple of questions, though: I see three chairs and a bed, is that the only seating you have? When you entertain, where does everyone sit?

I'm just asking out of amazement. If it works for you, then bravo. Really -- well done!

You're place is absolutely stunning! - And I love the tiles set at an angle like that.

Gorgeous! I was waffling back and forth about painting my dining room pink but you've just clinched it for me - pink it is!

I love your apartment so much and because of this I have one small, nit-picky comment: Hide the mechanical elements in the dining room (i.e., the air conditioner, etc.). Doing so would finish off that end of the space.

Fantastic!

The (mostly) monochromatic white-on-white theme takes a lot of nerve, especially during a time when most people have a vendetta against the unpainted wall. And your playfulness and sense of humor really comes through with your quirky accessories.

Like everyone else on AT, I love the tiny kitchen nook! - But knowing myself the way I do, I doubt I would ever be able to find it useful because I cook all the time. But hey, I guess if I lived in NYC I'd be eating at all of those amazing restaurants.

On the whole, I love this place. Excellent job you two!
