My friend ordered a chaise from BoConcept and was given the same run-around. He was even told by the sales staff that they don't give out delivery dates when his receipt clearly showed a delivery date of July 17th. The same salesperson who was so friendly and helpful before the sale refused to return phone calls or emails after they got his money.

To make matters worst, my friend received a letter from BoConcept corporate office stating they had terminated the Santa Monica store's franchise, that Santa Monica had not paid them for product and all the unpaid orders were sitting in a warehouse in New Jersey. Corporate suggested that he file a lawsuit against the Santa Monica franchise to get his money back! Crazy.
