I don't particularly want a dishwasher (dishes don't take much time to wash and they can dry on a drainer) but I loathe with a passion going to the launderette. Wittersgarden, you could make a berry upside-down cake. It's just like the pineapple version, except you use frozen berries and walnuts and a bit of extra brown sugar and butter.
