@ thorndale You are right in thinking your back might be more than usually sensitive to hard floors. I grew up with concrete floors and they were never a problem unless I happened to slip and fall on them! Try wearing cushioned slippers on hard floors...it helps a lot. Lovely apt! ur choice of furniture is perfect! u really have grt sense of what belongs where...i am so amazed how each piece fits together. u dont have too much unlike some other apts I have seen here. where did u get that white bookcase? Wow this is a dorm room!! Its beautifully done for a dorm room. I don't think u need a kitchen and bathroom to call it home...dorms are home to many students for at least a yr or more...nothing wrong with calling it what it is. u got my thumbs up! I love ur practical desk area. I would love to have my office area look like that...useful and not too cluttered. Did u make that table urself? Loving the rug! Love love love your couch!! Infact, when u r tired of it, plz sell it to me. I am not a big fan of the shower curtain fabric, but I think it does work with that shade of green. The green btw is quite awesome. I would feel energized and peppy if I saw that when I woke up in the morning. Wow you have done wonders with your place! I think I had seen your home once before maybe on AT or somewhere else. @Kiki - That bookcase is awesome. I used to have one of those in the house I grew up in and I had my huge desk right in front of it too. But yours is much cuter. I especially love your dining table. @ noiseisgood I zoomed in and yes it is an Indian bride and groom statue...more specifically Bengali bride and groom!!
