Glad you're feeling better! Thanks so much for your kind comments.

As for the guest bathroom green/blue/birds wallpaper, it came with the home, so we have no way of knowing just what it is or from whence it came. We do love it, and opted to keep it.

And the baby deer photo you mentioned as your favorite–is a

from Sharon's Etsy Shop.

When I posted the above info about the Armstrong tile, I did notice their return/recycle policy. Flor has a similar program to recycle Flor tiles into new carpet–postage paid. Great to see companies greening up.

Hi Everyone and thanks for your comments! It was a pleasure to be featured on AT/LA.

PhillyLass: The office paint color is Dunn Edwards Patina Creek, Low Sheen.

elizgonz: Yes Kettlebells! Both Sharon and I began training KB about six months ago and haven't looked back! Check out

paintitbright: Thank you!

sagesse: Thanks. We were able to salvage a majority of the bathroom tile on the walls. The shower up to more than halfway wasn't so lucky though. We found a color that mostly matches, but contemporary tiles don't have the charm and variation of circa 1920's tiles. We also weren't lucky with the floor–the original floor design and tiles were amazing but unfortunately, unsalvageable. We ended up installing the 1.5" black hex tiles right on top of the old floor.

pyrexman: The kitchen floor is Armstrong Imperial Texture 1/8". Our colors are
Classic Black
and
Lemon Yellow

CandyK: The Wall Sconces and Pendant in the dining room are the Mauritius collection by
Via Motif
Also, CandyK, thank you!

jz: see above for info about the Armstrong Tile and the paint in the breakfast nook is Dunn Edwards Creamy Corn, Low Sheen. The living room is DE Ball of String, Low Sheen. The dining room is DE Northgate Green, Low Sheen.

Manuchao: We love the look and feel of the Armstrong Vinyl flooring. Though, I will say this, it is vital to get it professionally waxed and polished at least a couple times a year–I'd say four times. As for installation, we were rushing to install the cabinets ourselves, so we hired someone to install it and they totally botched the job by not prepping the sub floor properly. If you really look at it, you can see imperfections and bumps (probably only bothers my wife and I because we know it's there). That said, I watched the guy install it, and if I did it again, I would definitely do it myself. If you can cut straight lines and work with adhesives, should be relatively simple.

Hope we've covered all the questions here. Thanks again, Spencer, Sharon, Squeak, Simon, Avery (woof).
