c'mon doesn't anybody follow style trends? grey is hot and so are stripes.
this is really cool, fresh and modern for a child's bed. just because you have kids doesn't mean to have to compromise taste. in this case she has a good eye and was able to make an affordable piece something special.

Great question! I have the exact same problem and could have written this post myself!
We have to watch our one year old like a hawk because we don't let him walk on the grass where the dogs go the the bathroom even if everything is all cleaned up. It's gross! And exhausting. But we rent so we don't want to put a lot of money into fencing that area off.
I can't wait to see/hear what other's solutions are.

I like the idea of adorable Dwell Studio travel case inside of my own bag. Or using an insert to stash all my baby gear so that I'm organized and nothing makes a mess.

We have the Hilo highchair by Age and love it. We actually lowered it to the bigger kid level when my son was 10 months so it is aligned with the rest of us at the table.
It's a very simple and modern design and fits right in with the rest of our decor. Many of my friends that have other high end highchairs complain about the difficulty of cleaning them. This one is very very easy to clean.

I have the Monte glider and didn't even use it the first few months of my baby's life. It takes time to get used to breast feeding and it's important that you feel comfortable. Everybody is different so it's hard to say what is going to feel the best for you. I tried the couch, glider and then laying down with the baby on the bed. The latter worked the best for me and I would either read or watch tv while he nursed. When they are tiny the nursing sessions last a while. Now that my baby is ten months old and sleeps full time in his own room and crib I nurse in there in the middle of the night. I think every baby is different so you should try a combination of places and positions. Good luck and congrats!
