This is great! So many sites just pick one format and stick with it but this means I can enjoy reading on my desktop at work or on my phone in the evenings.

Canned chickpeas with some vinaigrette or canned black beans with a can of Herdez salsa (that stuff is amazing) can make a pretty nice lunch especially if you can pour it over some greens (from the local CVS perhaps?). Nutritional yeast is also a good thing to have at work as a substitute for parmesan sprinkled on meals.
