Man, I love that vinyl office chair. I can never find cool stuff like that on Atlanta Craigslist. However, if you are looking for old-school traditional, cheapo Ashley furniture and faux-Tuscan, ATL Craigslist is a great resource. Ugh.

First, I'd rotate the whole thing 180 degrees. The table should be under the window. The table would look great glossy white and the benches should be painted whatever accent color you want to use in the kitchen. Also add white cushions - perhaps in leather or vinyl for easy cleaning.

This "new" look - worn furniture, burlap pillows, apothecary jars, industrial accents - just seems so 90's to me. Been there, done that. It just seems too soon for that look to return.

I love this website, and very often see rooms I covet. However, for some reason, I am having great difficulty bringing style into my own home. I pretty much have to work with most of what I have, but need advice on wall color (or wallpaper), rug and accessories. Is there a way to post a pic of my living room for suggestions? I love Jonathan Adler and Kelly Wearstler (pre her current 80's phase). I'm one of the few gay men with little style. :(

P.S. - is grasscloth still hip? What about the vinyl version of grasscloth? It looks much easier to hang (and it's way cheaper).
