Cybele the renovator here, thanks for all the nice comments! My daughter loves her "tea house" and I love that we have that cozy little space outside the hubbub of our inside lives.
I will quickly defend the grossness. It had been a home to a large mouse family for many years and it was oh-my-gosh-animal-bathroom-stinky when I started to clean it out. Regular Kilz didn't quite cover the horrors and I had to use 2 coats of the Oil Based Kilz Max. Ugh, I am grossed out thinking about it, I guess I should have left it unsaid...
