When I was a little girl supermarkets sold whole chickens. It was so much fun to help my mother clean and examine the chicken. When I was a little girl my Saturday treat was a piece of raw sirlon. I wash my chicken and will continue to do so. I would never eat raw sirlon today. C"est ... well you know what I mean. Keep washing the chickens. Should I Rinse Raw Chicken Before Cooking It?
