These are great ideas. But what I really want to know is how many of you actually keep your nightstand looking like this (and I don't mean for photoshoots). We dont have drawers on our nightstands, so they seem to always accumulate clutter, especially my husband's who doesn't understand the meaning of "styled nightstand". Got any tips? I love quinoa, and I LOVE that you use chicken broth. I've been doing that for years, but recently tried it with veggie broth and it's so yummy. I do so many different things with it- toss it in salads, as a side dish with some veggies almost like a pilaf, or quinoa patties with onions, bread crumbs, cheese, and egg. This is great! In our tiny kitchen, though, we keep our baking sheets on one side and a crate of cleaning supplies on the other. I do however keep my cleaning products to a minimum (I make my own from things I already have) so at least I don't have too much stuff under there!
