I use Liferea on Linux. It's pretty simple but it works.

On my Mac, I use Reeder.

For those of you using Feedly, you realize you are making the same mistake you made with Google Reader. I used Google Reader also and loved it, but I won't make the same mistake of allowing some company to control my service. Feedly is no different than Google Reader in the sense that it can be shut down at any moment. From now on I am sticking with native RSS readers. No more web-based.

Oh, and for another fictional film, I really liked Fast Food Nation. The book is great, and I'm pretty partial to Richard Linklater films....and Food, Inc. is basically the filmed version of the Fast Food Nation book.

Jiro is an awesome documentary...and I'm Vegan. He seems like a really interesting person.

For a fictional movie about Japanese food, Tampopo is awesome. I think it's still on Netflix.

Gmail has a very good built in SPAM filter. And then I just create filters for emails that I don't want to go into my Inbox. Then if I don't need them after a while, I just unsubscribe from the email. But the Gmail Filters are awesome. I use them for all kinds of different purposes.
