I used a tan grout...I think it was called bone.

I agree...I was thinking more like "white and wood."

A nice kitchen faucet. Preferably a muilti-spray with a high neck and great water pressure. On par with the shower head and knives if you ask me.

I found an old stylish rocking chair second hand and had it reupholstered.
I rock my son back to sleep in at 3am almost every night, it saves my life. I love it and it looks great in the living room.

I have the same problem only the floor is ugly, old sheet vinyl. Any suggestions for me too? I was considering Eco Sources' Rubber tiles. Any thoughts?

look in the classes at UC Berkeley Extenstion. They have top rateed Interior Design classes. The Design Dept is downtown SF. It geared more for students who already have a college degree, but regardless you can take classes. I highly recomend it, especially as a way to discover if you really are intersted in Interior Design. price is comparable to Academy of Art. As for living...your own your own , there are places in the city, but not so cheap.
