The simple way to reassign pins is if you hover over your pin and click "edit" from there you can change the descriptions or change the board you want to pin it to. It's the quickest way to move pins to different boards but I don't think there is a way to select a few at time.

There are so many fun/creative ways to display photos with the help of Pinterest and Google you can definitely find some ideas that work.

You could also collect cheap frames from thrift stores and then spray paint them all one color.
