That 30% rule depresses me, we've paid 50% and more sometimes. Most people I know pay that too. But this year we will buy a house.

I live in a rural area with a booming economy, so housing is expensive.

What does bungalow mean in this context? This is clearly a bachelor suite. I've always thought a bungalow is a single story small house with a detatched garage, that is what a bungalow is locally. So is this a suite in a house?

Very nicely done btw.

But I doubt your vent puts out much for heat. I'm sure yours will be fine.

Our couch is about half a foot from the baseboard heater, it's been there for two years. It is very discoloured. It looked like a bleached strip running along the bottom of the couch.

I can't believe people still use shower doors and straight shower rods. Use a curved shower rod. Completely elimanates billowing curtains and every having to touch the shower curtain. Doubles your shower space.

Nice bedroom. I also like the yellow door a lot. But those are very strange and small elk antlers. It is weird that they have no tines on the one side and are flat against the wall.

Last time I was in The Bay I was really impressed by their HBC Collections. Very classy. Particularly the mugs, dog coats and bowls and the children's sweaters. Very well designed. Very historic also.

I agree. We use a very light Makita drill that is the size of most of these screwdrivers but will do a much much more. As for people's concerns about battery life, you should have two batteries. Less tools, more batteries.

And we use air tools for larger jobs.

Why would an amateur designer want a link to their page? Sounds like they might be a professional if they have a website/ portfolio site.

I've never heard of Fab, but by the looks of it I'm sure the employees are very happy to be working there. I wouldn't mind all the creativity in the air. Even though it looks a little cramped. I'd rather die than have a "cubicle".

I think there is a reason why window cleaning is a spring cleaning event, I don't think I want to clean them when it is -30 and windy.

I grew up rural. I trained horses until I was in my twenties. It's strange, I never could decide where I belonged. I would be a ranch hand during the week and then go to the city and skateboard and go to punk shows on the weekends. I live in a very small rural city now, but I miss both the rural life and the city life. I miss doing chores while the sun is coming up, watch a foal nurse, and being exhausted at night. I also miss being able to take a bus, walk everywhere, and have choices of where to shop and be entertained.
