As most others my morning also involves a nice cup of coffee. I try not to rush in the morning, I like taking things slow, and so I usually give myself about 45 minutes to get ready. After I'm ready - lunch packed, shoes on, I head to my favorite coffee shop, "La Coppa", where I grab a cup of their Mill Valley Blend or on some mornings a Soy Latte. Then it's off to work!
