i stopped using computer and phone around 5 in the evening and used the time to attend a book talk at my local bookstore, cook and eat pasta with cheese and bacon and peas, dust surfaces in the bedroom, and start a new biography book. fell asleep by 9:45 and woke up feeling refreshed!
