HA! Love this response @Tricia Rose Rough Linen. That stupid bathroom door...I've lived with cats that open it whenever I close it forever, so trying to remember to close it for him and get it latched so the cats don't open it is a pain.

Even Though you don't use the fireplace the nectar buyer might. Since you love to bring the outdoors in refacing it with stone sounds ideal. Turn it into an element you will get joy out of with river rock, flagstone or another stone that makes you think of your favorite outside spaces. Plus, it will look gorgeous and timeless when you're ready to sell.

The attic or A-frame room is adorable. I almost wish I had a fun little hideaway like that (until I smacked my head on a beam, I'm sure.)

I think the new designs are great, amazing how white makes a shared space feel so much cleaner. I'd love to see how the colors play with the sleeping room tied to the bath.

This is what I tend to do every Sunday afternoon - that's usually my dog park visit to wear out the mutt followed by diving into a good book. Maybe adding a second night a week would be even more restorative. I'm in.

I need to come up with two landing strips as well - I'm working on a re-do of the back hallway where I had a functional landing strip before I painted. So this is a great exercise to get me back in the groove on that project.

For the front door my boyfriend needs a landing strip for when he's over so he doesn't lay his stuff all over the table that is supposed to be decorative by the front door. If I find his stocking hat hanging on my lantern again I might explode. ;)

Some places will pick up if you have a large donation - might be worth a few phone calls if all you have to do is move it to the front door...
