My outbox is currently four full trash bags mostly full of clothes. One funn way my friends and I motivate to get rid of clothes is to have a Naked Lady party. People bring their unwanted items (and a bottle of wine) to the party. Some people may bring one item while others bring 20. Everything gets put into one big pile. Then we all start trying things on,taking what we like putting other things back. It is fun, silly, and everyone goes home with something new to them. The January Cure comes at a perfect time for me. I am a part time Realtor, part time art graduate student and have owned my three unit home for three years. Over the past few years I've have five different people move in and out each rental season. Also I live close to my parents how so there has been an amazing amount of clutter amassed from these two sources not to mention my own thrift store addiction (which I've sworn off for a while). I hit a wall this fall where I couldn't even think in my own home. I have a huge amount of projects to do but this is a helpful way to move forward.
