yess a nifty gadget and it works well BUT it's also $400 + Yikes!
A couple or 3 even delonghi type oil filled portable rads strategically AND unubtrusively situated would deliver far more even heat distribution without annoying 'breezes' for a total cost of less than $120.

Agreed... Hunt for a more suitable unit. Harsh but true.
As an Architect I've (embarassingly) designed/built hundreds if not thousands of Units. That one is simply poor work. I can't imagine the twit who drew it.
It has almost No windows, the rooms are oddly and imo ineptly situated/designed .
The kitchen is odd and even sealed off. The entry is cramped, yet the central hallway to nowhere is expansive by comparison. I could go on .. but it wouldn't make you happier.

Change out the spindly legs.. Get it reupholstered.. Or throw it out, like the previous owner did.
Costs would be as much as buying something new a tad more attractive though.

After building my House 27 years ago and outfitting it with: Westinghouse wall oven Kitchen maid cooktop GE Dishwasher, Norge fridge, it's now time (wife says wayyy past time) to update. These were, at best, mediocre price level/prestige machines.. House building is expensive and $ were in short supply
Happpily: NONE of my household appliances including the GE washer drier pair have needed ANY kind of service whatsoever.. for 27 years and counting.. despite having grown 2 sons with them. Not too shabby but also a fairly common result /expectation for one's household machines, according to others I queried.
Facing a bit of trepidation upon reading constant tales of Junk machinery.
Is everything Junk these days or are we merely shopping in the wrong places for the wrong products?
Ikea stuff seems affordably attractive as ersatz primo brand appliances .. sort of.
Although their pricings are Not bargain basement.
Example: $800 for a built in Micro wave.. Reallly!!? No it's not convection or anything fancy either..while a same size/power, Ikea extractor fan version is $200 !?
One Can't make this stuff up.
Also there is the niggly little factoid that ALL IKEA product is of passable/marginal quality... seriously. No owner can honestly argue that point :-)

Sooo Are these appliances any good at all? As in has anyone had any for longer than 5 years ?
