I would just like to say, when my husband and I moved into our new condo in June and I choose this warm yellow for our bedroom walls- I was constantly defending it to the hubby because I knew it would be a hot color! Although the link for the budget version by Target is just to the tabletop- the idea is great! What about using two shelves and a flat surface and making your own?
