My machine is a Viking 6690, which was my grandmother's. My recommendation for people new to sewing is to read the manual first and get a basic understanding of how the machine works. Our kitchen is a;ready 80% in line with the tasks above... so I'm going to work on one of my projects, a spice storage solution. The spices are about 10%, then the other 10% I'll peak in cabinets and get rid of anything we don't need / haven't used since I moved in. Here's mine - my boyfriend and I currently have a second bedroom that's a tool shop/vanity/my clothes/storage, and I'm having a hard time determining how to clean it up.
