i've been in this house on a tour a couple times and its way better even in life...the architect told us he wants to continue to "recycle" neighborhoods by bringing in good design instead of just letting old neighborhoods (that are close to the city centre BTW) just fall away.... i wish them luck in continuing on--it sure beats the milk-toast you find everywhere else and certainly A LOT better than some stuff that passes for cheapo-'modern' Apartment Therapy New York | Sell Modern Buying and Selling Modern Homes |
