I don't really like the idea of giving your liver additional stress by taking ibuprofen or other meds. This can't be healthy.
However, drinking lots and lots of water after waking up (or, even better, before going to bed) and then going for a swim when I feel a little better works just fine for me.

When I was three, I asked my Mom for a diamond. I didn't want anything else, just a diamond to play with. I even got one - a plastic one. I must have been the happiest kid on earth that christmas. :)
