I frequently make caramels using the epicurious recipe for fleur de del caramels and tripling the amount of salt. It may sound like a lot of salt, but it never tastes overly salty and tends to get rave reviews:

My favorite tool for hulling strawberries is a melon baller. It works very efficiently at removing the stem and as much of the hull as you need to.

I am with mefitia--another odd man out. This is not bad, but not noteworthy, either. Not to be overly negative, but I don't think we need to see photos of non-decorated/non-furnished bathrooms, nor of a hat hanging between two closet doors. It's fine but not original or creative either. Looks somewhat staged.

Thanks for all of your comments. It was fun to compete! The bathroom wall color was already here when we moved in. It's one of the only rooms in the apartment we did not paint. The white chair in the first photo was found in a thrift store, then painted and re-upholstered. The black chair was the same. The white couch and pink ottomans both have homemade slipcovers. May the best apartment win!
