i want to echo what Slangevar said -- def don't let the brunt approach of these comments hurt your feelings! it's def an awesome chance to learn stuff. i would echo many of them, and would also suggest -- i've only been in a handful of design offices, but my faves have been the more classic blank-slate looking ones. small touches of personality are totes charming tho! then clients aren't given an immediate impression of anything, and can project whatever they need to while in your office. kind of like how art gallery walls don't detract from the art. (the art = you guys!)

and HEY. i think it is HELLA AWESOME that you two went into biz together and are making it happen! such a brave and awesome move. wishing you boatloads of success!
