I bought the Grace Condo sofa (from G.Romano) from Urban Essentials and the quality is fantastic. During weekends it can be difficult to get service (especially spring and summer), so I would suggest going on an off-hour. I had a slight hiccup during delivery when the delivery company would not bring my sofa up to my main level without charging me an extra $60 for coming up the steps. Considering I already paid $150 for delivery, I was not happy about the demand and holdup. A call to the store quickly resolved the problem between the delivery staff and UE, and I did not have to pay. All in all very courteous and easy to deal with.

Do they flicker like candles?

If you know you're not there to buy furniture (only accessories like lamps and drapes), skip the showroom maze and find the sneaky cut-through which leads you directly to the Marketplace area. If you do that first thing on a weekend morning, not many people will have made it there yet and you've got the place to yourself.

Reminder...take your own bags to use, or you might end up buying some since they're charging for bags now.

I'm planning on doing a whole wall of curtains, about 11' wide (in large part to conceal the tv on the wall between 2 windows). Does anyone have any tricks or product recs to make it look seamless?
