My parents have been using a washer that is barely functional for over a year and the dryer isn't much better. It gets going and then when it goes into spin - you have to stick your arms into it and swivel it repeatedly and as fast as you can until it decides that it wants to keep the spin going on it's own. My dad is older so this is frustrating and terrible! I wanted to gift them a new washer for Christmas but can't afford to and this would be incredible luck! *Fingers crossed*
