Based upon this article you've made one thing abundantly clear, you have never played the Wii-U, nor have you done very much research on the Wii-U gaming experience at all. The game pad controller does not simply mirror the game so that what's shown on the tablet controller is identical to what's shown on the television which is what Air Play is used for. Rather, the game pad tablet control provides the gamer with a total alternate/ additional viewing perspective. It's more closely related to the Nintendo DS multi screen experience than it is any apple/ android tablet experience and even then it is still it's own entity which is currently unmatched in the gaming market. So, I humbly suggest that you do at least a tiny amount of research about the subject matter before making such claims. One cannot replicate a Wii-U experience with any device other than a Wii-U. Apple's Air Play mirroring is extremely useful but it doesn't even come close to the Wii-U experience. This comes from an Apple fan/ IT geek/ gamer. Thanks...
