As a conservation technician who does preventive conservation for works on paper in a museum setting.... these comments are making me crazy! You should never put anything of value in a bathroom. Moisture can condense on the inside of glass glazing and get in through the back of the frame. Taping the seams with packing tape is not insurance enough, moisture can penetrate plastic. Do not put anything original or of value on paper in your bathroom - EVER. Hang a mirror, plate, tile, enameled metal, plastic, shelf....there are so many options.
